Information we collect

Contact, volunteer, support, and partnership forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, message, and the time you consented to a response. The admin area uses account and session information for authorized staff.

How we use it

Form information is used to review and respond to your enquiry. It is visible to authorized foundation staff through the administration area. We do not use these fields for public analytics or display them on the website.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in the website's Cloudflare D1 database. Approved media is stored in Cloudflare R2. Staff access is restricted by account role. The website uses an essential sign-in cookie for admin sessions; it does not set marketing cookies.

Your request

To ask about, correct, or request removal of your submission, use the contact form and identify the email address used. The foundation will review requests under its applicable obligations.

Updates

This notice must be reviewed if new processors, donation payments, analytics, or retention rules are added.
